Ride Day Details and Information

Parking: HERE is our recommended lots in and around DC (remember to be aware of low clearance in all underground lots). There will be street parking, but observe meter restrictions.

EVENT INFORMATION CENTER: Event Information Center (EIC), located on Pennsylvania Ave, near 3rd ST.

WE WILL BE OFFERING PACKET PICK-UP HERE ON SATURDAY MORNING FROM 5:30AM UNTIL 7:30AM.

Staging: Here is our Staging Diagram. Corporate Challenge will assemble on one side of 3rd ST, and General Registrants on the other. Staging will line up about mid-block (See START feather flags). Note, after the start, General Registrants will merge back onto main route after turn one.

Important Safety Warning. Please Read:

PLEASE BE AWARE when crossing the Potomac, the route narrows down for a short distance to a single lane with no shoulders. This happens twice in the lap, going both directions across the bridge, due to HOV lane construction adjacent to our route.

Fast moving packs need to SLOW DOWN and get narrow as they approach these sections. By reducing your speed coming into and through the single lane areas, you will reduce the risk of any kind of incident that could interfere with safe and orderly passage of all participants. There isn't the road width to roll through there in a big bunch, many riders wide, at speed, with slower riders also on the course being passed. You can resume your Gold medal speeds when the course widens past the construction zone.
